Prof Engelmann is a professor of public finance at the Humboldt-University Berlin. He is an expert on experimental & behavioral economics and experimental public finance. He is on the editorial board of American Economic Review, an associate editor of the Economic Journal, and a co-editor of the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization. He has published dozens of papers at American Economic Review, Econometrica, Economic Journal, Games and Economic Behavior, Experimental Economics, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Public Finance Review, etc.
